Welcome to Luxe AI Smart Homes (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, booking a consultation, or requesting services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

Luxe AI Smart Homes is a consulting business that specializes in premium smart home technology. We provide expert advice, personalized device recommendations, system design, and coordination with licensed installation professionals.
Luxe AI Smart Homes provides consulting and coordination only. All physical work is handled by licensed third-party professionals hired and paid directly by the client

2. Payments

Consulting services are billed in advance or on the day of your scheduled appointment.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and approved digital payment apps (e.g., Zelle, Venmo, PayPal).

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a $50 rescheduling fee to cover allocated time and preparation.

4. Refunds

Due to the planning and time involved in consultations, payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

If you cancel your project before installation day, you may request a full refund.
If you're not satisfied with your consultation or experience, please contact us at info@luxeaismarthomes.com — we’re happy to help resolve issues.

5. Warranties

Luxe AI Smart Homes does not manufacture or install products and therefore does not provide hardware warranties.
All device warranties are the responsibility of the original manufacturer.

6. Limitation of Liability

Luxe AI Smart Homes is not responsible for damages caused by:

  • Third-party hardware or software

  • Self-installations

  • Work performed by independent contractors

Clients are responsible for reviewing safety guidelines and following manufacturer or contractor terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the latest version.
