At Luxe AI Smart Homes, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We stand behind the quality of our consulting services, coordination, and smart home support. The following policy explains how refunds are handled.

Full Refund – Before Installation

You may request a full refund anytime before your scheduled installation day. No questions asked.

No Refunds – After Installation

Once installation is completed, programming is finalized, and services are verified with you, all sales are final.

⚠️ Exceptions

If a device is found to be defective within 7 days of installation, Luxe AI will help coordinate a no-labor-cost replacement or reinstallation, as long as:

  • The issue is not caused by misuse or third-party modification.

  • Manufacturer warranties still apply to the device itself.

We will always support you in working with the manufacturer to handle replacements.

All physical installation work is performed by separately licensed third-party contractors. We do not manufacture or warranty any hardware. Refunds apply only to services provided directly by Luxe AI.
